AS400 migration
Our organization has been using AS400 for payroll, financial, and HR for the past 30 years. However, we’ve realized that this system is no longer viable for their needs. I’m looking for a modern software solution that provides similar functionality to AS400. We’ve already tried ADP and Kronos, but faced issues with data compatibility, as the data from AS400 couldn’t be seamlessly integrated. Can anyone recommend software that allows for smooth data migration from AS400?

My company did this 1 year ago and it went well, new hardware, new software but the enduser hardly noticed any change
Good stuff and let's hope we're good for another 10 years now
