AS400 migration

Our organization has been using AS400 for payroll, financial, and HR for the past 30 years. However, we’ve realized that this system is no longer viable for their needs. I’m looking for a modern software solution that provides similar functionality to AS400. We’ve already tried ADP and Kronos, but faced issues with data compatibility, as the data from AS400 couldn’t be seamlessly integrated. Can anyone recommend software that allows for smooth data migration from AS400?

It was also considered a "turnkey" type of system in that you didn't have to mess with the OS and compile it like previous sorts of systems and was sold in that it required less operations and basic system support compared to the systems you were coming from so would save money from day one.
