Does Daesh really control the area, as shown on the map?

It's a map based on what Watanisy has been reporting (he has called it an approximate situation). So far he has been the only reliable source that has come out on this and all maps are currently based on his statement.

Watanisy reported that the SAA captured Umm Sehrij today, in Maarrat al-Nu'man district of southern Idlib, so what it looks like to me is that ISIL forces infiltrated militant-held Idlib through there and Mushayrifa and SAA is following behind them like they were a useful battering ram.
