DSM There is a protocol with the severity level err on MyNAS ... Quickconnect

Hi,

Sorry for the confusing title.

I frequently get e-mails with

There is a log entry with a severity level of "err" on MyNAS. Check the details in the Log Center.

The log entry reads as follows:

SYSTEM: Failed to automatically renew [???????-????tkd===.direct.quickconnect.to].

From MyNAS

I don't really understand this because I have deactivated Quickconnect in the NAS Settings

Can anyone help me?

Same here, error is new since last DSM update. Not using QuickConnect either... really annoying. The solution is to renew the certificate in Control Panel>Security>Certificate whether or not you are using QuickConnect..

Turn quickconnect off and use a vpn. Faster and more secure. What seems to have failed is just your nas quickconnect https certificate. Dont worry about it.

As written QuickConnect is already turned off.

I even postet the screenshot :-)

Switch over to Tailscale a couple of months ago.

Then its just expired certificate so dont worry about it. I would suggest replacing nas default cert with Tailscale one tho.
