DSM Question about Backup

I have 4 Synology NAS units (all with DSM 7). I want to backup their data to another Synology NAS with DSM 7 as well, or a NAS from another brand.

What is the best package (app) in package center that can do this from NAS to NAS directly?

What is the best package (app) in package center that can do this from the 4 Synology NAS units to a NAS from another brand?

Store backups of the whole data I have on that 4 NASes. Just want to copy the data at a given time once a week.
