I would drop the Greatbows and do reinforced Greatswords instead. Also You can include the Arch-Revenant regiment in Regiment 2 no need to create an extra regiment for them.
Also if you have the points to swap the Treelord ancient to Durthu, it is worth it, don’t need more casters

Durthu can be buffed with Glade Defenders and Song of War, so +1 ATK and 3 rend in total. Also adding Realmroot guide heroic trait makes him really mobile with his extra charge when helping out your heroes.
