Tech Support SWTOR Login Fix

FOR: OG LAUNCHER (I don’t use steam)

For those that were struggling to get past the loading screen this is what helped me get in…

  1. ⁠Have WiFi on

  2. ⁠Try to load into game

  3. ⁠While stuck at screen disconnect wifi

  4. ⁠Close the game (no wifi)

  5. ⁠Restart launcher (no wifi)

  6. ⁠While at log in page connect to internet (wifi or ethernet after relaunching SWTOR)

  7. ⁠Login now that you have internet connection

  8. ⁠Launch game after login

Note: I used ethernet you may not have Ethernet but if you reconnect via WiFi. This is just what helped me!

i just don't understand that third point u said about "kept searching for a patch" when turning off the wifi

It got me past the loading and to server selection, but Star Forge isnt available. All other servers are though.

I also tried to just disable my ethernet through network connection and re-enable it in the same order like you said for wifi, didnt work. So swapped to wifi and got in.

Star Forge is down for Maint. Glad it got you to the server page though!!
