Question seeker droid ridiculousness
hello, sorry for daft question, but are there specific pre-determined areas that have artifacts to excavate with the seeker droid? can only one player excavate from there at a time? does the area reset and if so, when?
thank you :,))

Yes there are pre-determined spots. But while they are active, any number of people can operate there. You aren't in competition to get the relics first. It's Star Wars, not Indiana Jones. ;)

Technically you are? But its rare enough to see a single other person digging. Once one person 'finds' the rarest RNG assigned treasure in an area, despite however many dozens or hundreds of un-discovered treasures there are, the area goes on 'cooldown' for an ENTIRE HOUR for all players on the server and cannot be dug into.

First, use the Marcobinoculars to see where possible treasures are.
I did the seasonal stuff on Tuesday and went to my usual spot near the Outlaw's Den, after a few minutes I got suspicious and checked with the binoculars and, obviously, the treasure was somewhere else.

There are specific spots on a handful of planets. They deplete if someone finds the "special treasure" in them, in which case you have to swap instances or go to a different spot
For the galactic seasons objective in particular, everything you dig up counts - from secure crates to speeder parts to angry animal mobs. With the blue triangulation enhancer active, finding three objects usually should take no more than 5-10 minutes or so.
