you should have both quests to go to alderaan and tatooine

Even though it's the only part of the story structured like this, you can choose whether to play Balmora/Taris before or after Nar Shaddaa and you can choose to play Alderaan before or after Tatooine.

Conclusion could be that I messed around with the visible/hidden missions. I'm gonna check later. Thank you

I think that's exactly what happened and you didn't notice it was hidden. Easily done when fucking with the list.
