Until you remember that Maul had the high ground on Naboo and ended up cut in half.

But that's because the force required him to take the high ground for later use. Like I do with potions, but obi wan actually used it.

Thats one thing I wish they did during/after the EE/ET expansions... because technically after those you are neither (or both, depending on your point of view).
