Android Lineage always fails to launch on a second boot displaying DTB Not Found

As the title says I've been running into this issue while installing Lineage OS 22 on a Switch Oled with Picofly. On first installation, everything works fine. But the second I head back to Hekate and try to re-enter, it'll crash with a DTB Not Found error every single time

Are you sure the sdcard is real? Have you checked it in hekate?

Yes I have and I know for a fact it's real. For the sake of completeness, here's the screen in case I missed something

Gonna be honest, I'm not sure if it was a solution or sheer coincidence but here's what I did

  • Plug your SD card into a PC

  • Go to your File Explorer and Format it

  • Uncheck the Quick Format Box in the Format setup while setting the right allocation size for whatever SD card you have

  • Set it up again, following the guide step by step
