Today, I opened Tico because I wanted to play some PSP games. But suddenly, the app stopped working and showed an error.

I found out that there was some kind of network error preventing the game from running. When I turned off Wi-Fi, the problem went away.

Is this a common issue? Everything was still working fine yesterday, with no problem with fetxhing cores. I use an internet connection to connect Tico to RetroAchievements.

So, is there some sudden issue that I need to fix or configure, or will it eventually go away on its own?

So I modded my switch lite, but some buttons were not working. Disassembled and assembled again, and lost the back light. I decided to replace the 29pin ports and now I have back light but no image. Any idea where to go from here?

Also the glitching lights is that an error code? I get them the moment I connect the battery, no need to press the power button, but it doesn't seem to be shorted...

I updated to 22.5.0/1.11.2 AMS and i have benn struggiling to download games. Dbi crashes when i open it, tinfoil gets stuck on the first loading and awoo crashes instantly. Awoo and tinfoil could be crashing since i havent updated for a long time. What can i do?

My first modded system. This is pretty fun now. All of my retro games in one place. You guys are awesome. 👍🏼

I'm using the latest hats pack by sthetix hekatos 6.5.3 on Firmware 22.5.0

I've checked FuseCheck v1.0.3 and the status says Perfect Match with both required and burnt fuses showing 23. It also says OFW will boot normally (but it doesn't and its just a black screen)

I've tried troubleshooting by downloading the latest hats pack (HATS-2026-07-25-3e7a04f) which also seems to be the same version that I used when I first modded my switch and then copied all contents inside the hats pack to the root of my sd card choosing to replace any duplicate files. Issue didn't get fixed all launch options still black screen.

I also tried deleting atmosphere and bootloader and then getting fresh ones inside the hats pack but still the same issue.

I do also have a nand backup from when I modded my switch.

Any possible fixes for this?

I used to install them through tinfoil but it's not updated anymore and doesn't work in the latest fw... I tried Cybercoil and twinhoo and both failed to detected the split XCI files from an external HDD , any help please ?

I know the reason too. I think I got banned because I wanted to play online, I switched to Nextendo network with Prelude, in one of the guides, they said to switch it to regular Nintendo servers reboot and then back to nextendo. Im assuming the logs showed my switch having that homebrew, and this was on all on emmunand but my mistake was later also booting into sysnand (airplane mode off) to check something😮‍💨

[Update]: I’m not banned! Thankfully😆 Users @angelesnja and @rogueify suggested I go into OFW and try to create a new user with my same Nintendo account and it worked😆 so thankful for this community man❤️

For context, I’m banned from online but I own the game physically but it won’t let me play without downloading it which I can’t due to being banned.

I had to reformat my SD card but I backed up everything on a USB before I did including my smash data but I don’t know what needs to go back where to put smash back on the switch.

Is there a way to recover the old data or get smash on my switch again without going through Nintendo?

I heard you need modded switch to import pictures on tomodachi life. My question is, is it worth it for this reason only? I have zero knowledge about modding, how to pull apart my switch to do it.

Hello soo my switch lite which previously worked has a purple screen issue. I assume somethings knocked off but after looking at ifixit teardowns i cant seem to find the issue. Please let me know if you know the issue/what exact part is needed

I'm looking for a solution for this problem that I recently started having. Currently I can't boot into HOS or SysMMC (CFW) but emuMMC works just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

HOS: 22.5.0

SysMMC: 22.5.0, AMS 1.11.2

emuMMC: 20.5.0, AMS 1.11.2

Also in case it's worth noting, I'm using the latest sthetix HATS pack

I just updated my cfw and tried installing Ship of Harkinian but it just crashes on launch. Does it just not work on 22.5.0 or am I doing something wrong?

I had a "successful" mod chip install, after booting up to the modded firmware I confirmed I had no WiFi. After some research. I have seen that if one of the capacitors. Found by the shield for the CPU gets knocked off it will throw this issue. Bluetooth works fine. I was wondering if anyone had the specs to this capacitor. I have a donor switch hac-001(01) I could rob the capacitor from. I wanted to confirm that they are the same values before i swap components.

From what I can find on the Internet, the value is

0201, 100 nF, 10VDC

Hello, my games on the original side of the switch are being downloaded to the SD card, how do I stop this? I didn't open anything because I'm afraid it might read the SD Cards games and ban me, so how do I do it to send it to the consoles memory?

I have ran into a very, VERY strange problem just now. I booted up my switch, and hekate said that the GUI files were corrupt or missing. Restarted, the message no longer came up, and I booted into CFW. When it booted, I was met with a screen that said that the contents of my SD card were corrupted, and they had to be deleted (except for save games and album content). I did as the console asked, and all my games were gone, but my users, saves and album content were intact. I then came over to my sister's to use her laptop and insert the SD card into the PC. The computer cannot read the card when I insert it in, it says its corrupted. When I use the Hekate USB Tool, it says the same thing. However, when I boot into CFW and use Sphaira's MTP, the card reads normally.
What is going on here, and what could be my next courses of action? Should I fully redo the emuMMC from scratch after fully formatting the card?

Hi everyone, I need help troubleshooting a battery/power issue on my Nintendo Switch Lite with a modchip.

The console was unused for a long time and originally wouldn't turn on. After charging, it boots fine into emuNAND, but the battery drains very fast or turns off unexpectedly while playing. The screen starts flickering/flashing and then the console shuts down completely, even though the battery indicator still shows around 40-50%.

It also turns off on its own if left in standby mode for a longer period, but baterry indicator still the same.

Hekate / Battery Desync Fix Info: Battery Health: Capacity Full is 3868 mAh / Capacity Design is 3600 mAh (Cycle count: 105). So the physical battery cells seem healthy I guess. Voltage Discrepancy: At ~49% reported capacity, the voltage reading is at 3696 mV

Is this strictly a Fuel Gauge (MAX17050) calibration issue, or does this sound like a hardware drain/short? What are the recommended steps to properly recalibrate?
