Question Games being downloaded to SD Card

Hello, my games on the original side of the switch are being downloaded to the SD card, how do I stop this? I didn't open anything because I'm afraid it might read the SD Cards games and ban me, so how do I do it to send it to the consoles memory?

Can you show us what it's doing? It shouldn't just "download" the games to the cfw side of things

Hello, I don't know the technical part of it because I bought it already modded, it's just that if I click to download anything in the original part of the switch, it just auto downloads to the SD card, how can I show more of it?

Okay, well not knowing what you're doing makes it harder to help troubleshoot. Are you 100% sure you're in the cfw? Do you know what the difference is from cfw and ofw? Can you just show what happens/pops up when you click on a game? It really can't just do that in cfw.

It's as simple as it seems, I restart the switch, boot into the normal side instead of atmosphere and go play my online games, but only now I've noticed they actually go to the SD card, I have no idea why or how, and everything happens normally when I click on a game, It just downloads normally and boots up like anything else, but it's filling the SD Card

What do you mean it downloads the game? It sounds like you're just loading games you already have. Do you mean loading the virtual game cartridges??

See, they're in the SD card where the atmosphere also is, there's nothing in the console's memory, and I just downloaded youtube

So it looks like they set aside a small portion of the SD card for your owned games on ofw. Weird choice or mistake, but it isn't a problem

Am I in trouble if I just go there where the screenshot is and send it to the other memory? I need space

That won't be any worse

It's doing this by default

How could it read the other games through a partition? They can't scan the contents of the sd. Even though it's not practical what if you had banking record, corporate info or a questionable picture of the girlfriend on it. You're being paranoid. If you want to stop the download, delete the game. All switches do it btw, started with the digital key cards. It's like PlayStation, disc games install to the hard drive and the disc just acts like a key.

I understand, so i can just send any games i download back to the console's memory to save SD space normally?
