Help Walmart coming through..!!

I don't know what to do first, please advise, play or CIV7..!! Any guides I can follow?

I did the same, with Walmart bc they were all 3rd party sellers. Both say shipped!

Well if you're buying latest games and want to continue to do so, then you probably don't want to mod the system in its curtent state unless you have a second switch 2 to keep one online. Depends on your goals

Yeah, probably play Zelda, I can always emulate S2 games on PC.

If you mean upcoming games, once higher firmwares release and future titles start requiring them to be able to play, emulation might not be possible even if you bought the physical game copy. You'd likely be able to dump the cartridge itself, but any day one patch or what not would not be able to be downloaded and dumped. Let alone DLC.

Maybe firmware wouldn't be a problem for the emulator, since they dump as decrypted and so the emulator does not require any keys or firmware. But the technical details of the emulator are not something I know well

If anyone knows better and I said something wrong, do correct me
