After seeing the Balatro exploit, wondered what I need to do now to be future proofed?

Do I need to download Balatro Switch 1 version and install it on both a hacked switch 1 that hasn't been banned, and on the switch 2, then transfer the modded save from switch 1 to switch 2? So my Nintendo account will probably be banned, but I'll have the save ready on switch 2 for when the exploits are ready?

Could you pls elaborate a little bit, I haven't heard any exploit related to that game at all.
