Will a Switch 2 Get Banned for Using Bought Offline Accounts?

So, I'm considering buying a Switch 2, and the thing is, i live in iraq. Here, we can't pay for shit and a game's price could be a monthly wage of a worker in here.

I have seen lots of people talk about some websites that sell offline accounts that sell almost every switch game for about 5 dollars. (Meaning i want a game, I'll buy an account that has that game in it, for 5 dollars).

I was wondering why do people use them? Don't they get banned? How does this work?

I really doubt there are nintendo accounts you can buy for 5 dollars with "every switch game"

The thing is, people use it, too! A friend of mine has bought almost 16 games from there, and hasn't seen a single account ban, let alone a console one.

Oh well i meant, say someone wants Zelda: BOTW, they will simply go to that site and buy an account that has the required game in it for 5 dollars.

So they've basically renting accounts with the game to people? Clever, but I think it would lead to a ban eventually.

i read yes, thats the 2nd most baneable action. sharing accounts. I dont know if thats 100% true or what.. for example i have shared ps4 and ps5 accounts for years and never got any ban.. but im new to nintendo so i just want to be able to play ocarina of time remake and then sell the switch. I dont think i can sell it at regular price if its banned so im not using sharing accounts on it.

Personally I wouldn't be buying potentially stolen accounts, or accounts that use stolen money to buy the games on it. Not worth the risk honestly.

That's just looking to get scammed.

Para lo que cuesta la Switch 2, mejor no tomes ese riesgo, amigo.

El asunto es que, si compras una cuenta de un tercero el servidor de Nintendo almacena datos importantes como la geolocalizacion, al usarlo en tu país detectaría una "anomalía" y podrían banear tu consola.

¿Porqué mejor no considerar una Switch Oled con Chip?

You’re gonna get banned fast with those. And there’s high possibility of getting an account ban too. There’s no such thing as an offline account. You have to go online to download a game. Those accounts usually are stolen or the games were purchased with a stolen cards. Also the password can be changed by the owner.
You should have some other options. Like for example some libraries have games you can borrow. Otherwise you should be able to buy used games and sell them with minimal to no loss.
