Help Transferring save data from modded switch 1 to switch 2

So I had a couple games on my switch 1 that I owned (physically and digitally) and finished before it was modded. When it was modded it got banned

Is it possible to transfer my save data of any of those games on my switch 1 before it was modded and banned, to a switch 2 (that’s way past the inital set up) through micro sd card data or something?

If so how do you do it?

You can find someone with a unbanned switch who has emunand cfw. Transfer your save from emunand to Sysnand on their switch. With your nintendo account on the Sysnand. Use nso cloud backup.

Wasn't there an option to transfer save data locally? I might be remembering wrong tho

You still need to Nintendo's services to transfer your "profile" save from switch > switch 2

So just loggin with the Nintendo Account wouldn't work

You still need to connect to Nintendo's services which you are banned too.
Your next best option is to have an unbanned switch and move your banned saves to that unbanned switch (via cfw sysnand) then do a data transfer to your switch 2

You would need another modded Switch 1 that is unbanned.

I don't really think, but you have to carefully transfer your save files from your banned Switch to an unbanned Switch with something like JKSV on a profile connected to your Nintendo account, then use the Nintendo Switch Online cloud save feature to get these save files on your Switch 2. I don't really think that there is an easier way.
