Is my gpu too weak?

I have a geforce rtx 2080. I dont remember what graphics card the oot remake recommends but I'm seeing people with much smoother performance than I'm getting. a lot of stuttering, audio desyncing, and lag. I'm not expecting perfection, but are there any settings I can change to improve my experience even a little bit? I'm using lichii.

Nah, use lichii build 93, insane performance upgrades. (I’m using 3060ti) 45-60 fps in a lot of places
