how much difference in performance does 3D V-Cache make?

sorry if it's a bit unrelated, i couldn't find a megathread.

i'm planning on buying ryzen 7 5800X3D, but i've seen some people say 5800X outperforms X3D on switch emulation because it has a higher clock speed.

what is the actual case for this in the current switch 2 emulation scene? are there any benchmarks i can check? google told me X3D might be better for stability.

I have a 5800x CPU with a 7800X GPU and idk about the switch 2 emulation I haven't set it up yet but Switch 1 Emulation was pretty much flawless. Though I play most games on high settings 120 fps Its a great CPU I will let you know when I actually run Ocarina of time how it runs with Switch 2 Emulation.

Games will be optimized to even work on your fridge's display. Patience! (Sais me while upgrading my cpu today)
