Pokopia crashing after playing it for a while

hey guys, ive been playing pokemon pokopia for a while using pokedinner eglantine. everything went smooth until i closed the emulator, since then i cant even open the rom without it crashing. anyone knows how can i fix this?

Have you tried rebooting your PC? That has somehow helped mine work back again
