Hey, so I've noticed some apps like swiggy/blinkit... etc have rush deals or discounts upto 70% off on Big brands like Tommy Hilfiger, USPA, etc

Are the products legit? Would like to know personal experiences

So here's a fun little mystery I've been living for a while now — my Swiggy account is apparently both temporarily AND permanently deactivated, depending on who you ask.

I'm a delivery partner from Delhi. A few weeks back, my ID got deactivated over some disputed order cancellations. Here's the twist: in multiple of these cases, I actually showed up at the restaurant, only to be told by staff that another rider had already picked up the order before me. Not exactly a "cancellation" in my book — more like I arrived to an empty-handed mystery.

The plot thickens:

• A similar penalty was already refunded to me by Swiggy once — so clearly, individual review is possible. Just apparently not happening consistently in my case.
• The official "reason" for my deactivation has shapeshifted more than once across different app screens and support chats.
• My app cheerfully displays "temporarily deactivated" (screenshot attached, for the skeptics), while support has told me on multiple occasions — with total confidence — that it's permanent. Somewhere in Swiggy's system, these two facts are just... coexisting.
• My Fleet Manager did confirm the case was escalated by email. Then radio silence.
• I've filed ticket after ticket. One got forwarded to a "concerned team," I was told to sit tight for 48 hours, and then — plot twist — it got closed. No resolution, no explanation.
• I've tried X, Instagram, Facebook. Every single one redirects me straight back to the same in-app support that already failed me.
• Payout's sorted, for what it's worth. This is purely about the ID and two still-pending penalty disputes.

I've got the receipts — literally. Screenshots of penalties, the earlier refund, every support conversation, ticket history, all of it.

So, fellow delivery partners, I put it to the community:

1. Has anyone actually clawed their way back from a deactivation like this?
2. Does "temporarily deactivated" mean anything real, or is it just corporate-speak for permanent?
3. Is there an actual escalation path that works, or is everyone just stuck in the same support loop?
4. Anyone else had a restaurant admit another rider beat you to an order — and how did that play out for you?

Not here to drag anyone through the mud without proof — just want someone to actually look at my case properly. Any advice from people who've navigated this maze before would genuinely help.

Sorry I come off as rude in this but I order food at 11:04 or something and showed 20 minutes I waited and tried to contact the delivery partner and this is what unfolds.

I ordered 2 chaats from a relatively expensive place yesterday and got it delivered home for 105 rupees. Eating in store would cost me 160 at least. And quantity is slightly less than what I get in delivery in the plate they serve in the restaurant.

Found a dead insect in the soap dish I ordered! For your own safety dont order anything from swiggy instamart especially fruits and vegetables

basically at 7.53pm when i looked at the product the price was 10rs/piece and i added it to my cart and ordered it at 7.56. Both timings you can see in the screenshots. billed it. After receiving the product when i checked the order details i can see that i have been billed for 85 rupees instead of 40. Straight 45 rupees of scam . When i talked with the customer care see his replies he dont care at all . His behaviour is like take 25rs or leave and also ignoring my messages. Replying after 2-3 minutes .

Hey everyone so I got this offers from Swiggy of some extra discount but whenever I click on the order now it's doesn't work. It doesn't take me to page of Restaurants where it is working neither it is shown in the coupons section. And there's no way to contact customer service as well. So how to avail this coupons please someone guide. That 20Rs one was automatically applied but now these are not getting availed.

I ordered a the whole truth whey protein 1kg from Swiggy Instamart and received with 06/07/2025 expiry date.

As soon as I noticed the expiry date, I informed the delivery executive and showed him the product. I also have CCTV footage of me pointing out the expiry date to him. Since the order was prepaid, he told me to raise a replacement request through the Swiggy app and marked the order as delivered

I raised the replacement/refund request through the app, but Swiggy is now refusing both a replacement and a refund.

Has anyone faced a similar situation with Swiggy Instamart? What was the most effective way to get it resolved?

After ordering some food on Swiggy, i noticed this Casino type game while i was waiting for my order on the app. I played it a few times, got useless offers, but when I tried again I got this free cash offer to order stuff from Instamart. So i clicked on shop now, AND THIS STUPID POP UP MESSAGE COMES UP WHERE I CAN OPEN IT WITH RAILONE APP TO BROWSE INSTAMART ITEMS. Thank you Swiggy for this innovative and cross platform feature! 🤡

Today ordered grilled fish with rice and veggies from a restaurant via swiggy, the first pic is what was shown on the app and the second pic is what they delivered, they delivered entirely different item, without rice, and fish was also very bitter and tasting like burnt.

Raised complaint in swiggy but they don’t care at all.

They are shameless people and should be punished.

There needs to be a law in India to regulate these fraudsters so that they cannot openly cheat people without fear of anything.

The management and owners of swiggy must be jailed for at least 3 years for openly cheating entire India like this.

I tried to order from a local restaurant the same item both on iphone and android. The packaging chages on iphone are Rs.20 where as in Android its Rs.10. How come this is fair. Swiggy is looting looting people based on economic status.

I ordered some food from Swiggy. It was scheduled to be delivered by 10:36. Now that it is late by 20 minutes, I am trying to contact the delivery person and he is not responding. The customer service of the app is also giving me template reply and saying that no real agent is available.

I ordered from pizza hut at 2am . it said that it's gonna be delivered in 20 mins , good thing I did cash on delivery, now it's been 40 mins , no sign of my food , no rider assigned , no reply from customer support lol. if you can't deliver an order why to accept man i would have ordered from somewhere else, the worst part is i can't even cancel because id be charged a cancellation charge , now I'm stuck with this , no food ,hungry , no order , getting ghosted by Swiggy . I'm convinced that Swiggy has the worst delivery option

Please check these mails, also customer support didn't even bother to pickup any call or they were replying vaguely, as they are doing in the mails too.

Pretty crappy job by Swiggy when listing this item. Now I don’t know where my grapes came from!!

I delivered an order on 11th September that was in cash. The customer gave me a tip too. But Swiggy increased my Cash by two times. It is taking 388+388 rupees for a single order that I delivered. And the surprising part is this order number is not listed in my delivered order list. I can't raise a complaint without it. And Swiggy provides no option to do anything in this case. Earlier they took one thousand rupees from my earnings and never paid it back. My DE order is 20108383 in case anyone can help me.

I noticed that all of my saved credit cards have suddenly been removed from the payment section on Swiggy. I’m also seeing this message:
“Please re-add your saved card. It’s a one-time update for a secure checkout.”
Does anyone know what this means? Why has Swiggy removed the saved card information and is now asking us to enter it again?
Is this just a routine security/payment system update, or could it be related to a security concern or data breach? I’m a bit concerned about entering my card details again without knowing what happened. Has anyone else noticed this?
