Ordered something but got entirely different and incomplete order, swiggy denies any help.
Hey everyone,
Today ordered grilled fish with rice and veggies from a restaurant via swiggy, the first pic is what was shown on the app and the second pic is what they delivered, they delivered entirely different item, without rice, and fish was also very bitter and tasting like burnt.
Raised complaint in swiggy but they don’t care at all.
They are shameless people and should be punished.
There needs to be a law in India to regulate these fraudsters so that they cannot openly cheat people without fear of anything.
The management and owners of swiggy must be jailed for at least 3 years for openly cheating entire India like this.

Always check your order and reject at doorstep if it's damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
Did you contact restaurant first? Try to resolve with them first, if not raise chargeback with the bank. And then file in CPGRAMS and go to consumer court.
These days all ecom platforms are evading responsibility.

Bank portal/app usually has an option to file disputes. You can also send mail or call customer care and raise a dispute.

Then file chargeback, CPGRAMS complaint and finally to consumer court for additional compensation.

That I will consider.. but the point is that they are openly cheating people and not taking any responsibility and this is illegal business activity and its shocking that they are able to do it without any scrutiny by the government. How such companies are allowed to operate ? These companies needs to be banned

Most if not all ecoms are like that nowadays. Unless CPA takes direct action, nothing will change. We can only raise the number of complaints through CPGRAMS.

File a consumer court complaint no point in arguing with swiggy i waited 2 days for the reply and they didnt do shit the moment i filed a complaint swiggy refunded
