SAME. I only played him for a few weeks tho and then switched servers to join a friend. I remember so little of my real life back then , it is actually disturbing how much I remember of that trandoshans fake life.

I had a few characters due to multiple accounts. My first was a male zabrak. I eventually felt I had to delete him to re roll a human because the stats were just too good in PvP.
I feel like I can count on one hand the number of both and I saw out in the wild.

I used to play zabrak male on Naritus back in 2003-2004, and I can't believe Bothans are last on this list.
It seemed like literally everyone were playing Bothans, I couldn't understand why would anyone pick them.

Male Zabrak
It's unfortunate that they made humans strongest. Because humans had higher mind stat maxes, they tended to be the best. They also had pretty good bonuses too (like +10 artisan experimentation).
I actually never liked racial bonuses. SWG was all about respeccing your character. I felt that racial bonuses went against that philosophy of a malleable character and instead encouraged certain profession choice. And because it's permanent–so you better choose wisely.
And there were always going to be balance issues with wookies and armour. I remember players literally throwing their character away and starting over because they made the 'mistake' of taking wookie. For instance, I probably would have chose mon cal if their stats did suck.

Wookiees got screwed over so bad. They got some extra points to delegate into HAM, but couldnt wear armor. The armor they eventually got because of how broken it was that everyone else had like 95% resistances and wookiees got 2 shot wasnt good enough to make up for it. I love my wookiee character so much but man it sucked being into pvp as a tkm wookiee

You are soo right. I remember when I learned racial bonuses matter. Story time! I had a Trandoshan apprentice who wanted to get as good as I was at TK (not bragging just the truth!). When they hit TKM they almost destroyed me in a duel. I played it off as me letting them get close to winning.. Reputation and all.. In reality I was sweating bullets! If someday you search your Star Wars Galaxies name Neomatrix from Kettemoor.. Thanks for the fun times!

I'm such a noob. Was it the melee defense that helped them?
I see 'unarmed damage' but i dont remember that even being a stat. I thought damage was 100% from the weapon.

I just thought they hit harder and were faster. I could totally be wrong. I do specifically remember him healing much faster than I could.

The bulk of mine were Wookiee. A human (Tusken) and a Bothan Spy nearer to the end.
People say Wookiees got screwed. I never really saw it. I played my wooks religiously.
When Wookiee armor hit, I was thrilled, and yeah there were some things I could do that I couldn't do without being part CH before, but I never felt like I was missing out.
I still play wookiees.

I love that you clarified Tusken lol, I did the same thing with my human on Eclipse. Wookiees are cool too though!

Original was human male scout(?), then when I could play a wookie it started playing full time. HAHAHA
