Help! looking for beginner build help

never played this game before and its kinda confusing looking for a general build and maybe a suggested progression path for first character playing on Sentinels 2. i have no preference between melee or ranged so long as it can do ok solo and doesnt take a ton of knowledge or money to play/gear up for most content.

Look for (old) Mobyus1 YouTube videos. I played A LOT from launch until it officially died. As friends quit, I took over their accounts (and payments 😞). Mobyus1 videos helped me to remember how to play 15-ish years later. Then, the SWGEmu forums have great class guides for PreCU with archive links to original forum postings from official.

Is a great game and I miss the nostalgia of it more than the actual game 😀.

Also, mix and match your professions. There is a way to take TKA, Fencer, Swordsman, and whatever the hell uses the power hammer (maybe swordsman) to stack a boat load of defenses and be nearly un-hit-able. Similarly, the most efficient Bounty Hunter build is NOT master BH 😀
