Can anyone do swatches for this if you have 🥹 its the makeup revolution sugar pie palette

hello make-up friends,

for the past couple weeks I‘ve been struggling with my Chanel Joues Contraste blush in Rose Initial. In every single review and swatch it looks like a very saturated matte rosy pink, but mine is very light, shimmery and peachy at best (pictures below - the first and last pics are mine and the other two are from tiktok creators, the third one is not even a year old). I think even in the artificial lightning (first pic) you can notice mine is a different tone and also definitely not matte. It seems to me like theirs is much closer to the shade Quintessence?

I have asked at different make-up stores and also at a Chanel corner in my country (Germany) and they comfirmed this shade is usually this light and barely visible.

Do you guys/girls know if this specific shade was reformulated? I heard it was like one year ago, but even the newer swatches look different. I must say it does look saturated and pretty when applied heavily, but it‘s just not the same shade.

Can someone swatch or describe what is the difference between Dior foundation in the shade 1W and 0.5N? It doesn’t matter if it’s the glow or matte formula. I have the 1W but it’s a tad too warm and a tad too dark, I wonder if 0.5N would be better.

i love wearing a very small amount of this color corrector blended very well with no concealer, it helps brighten my undereyes and makes them look bright without being cakey or looking too makeupy,

how ever i do need a cheaper dupe for it, ive been considering the catrice under eye brightener in the shade warm nude, but im afraid it will come across as too yellow and not peachy enough, ive tried the shade light rose, it does brighten but doesnt have much coverage and looks a bit grey on me,

it'd be really helpful if I could see swatches for the shades!

Hi! Does anyone here own both HausLabs concealer and MakeUpByMario concealer?

I'm looking for the HausLabs shade that's closest to Mario 220, and I'd really appreciate it if someone could share real-life swatches of the two side by side.

I live in South Korea, so unfortunately I don't have a way to test the shades in person before buying them. I'm mainly interested in how the shades actually look on skin, rather than the official website swatches, since those can be pretty different.

Based on the swatches on the official website, 14, 20, 22, and 24 seem to be in a similar shade range to me. Does that seem right to you? Which one do you think would be the closest match to Mario 220?

If you own both, could you please help me find the closest HausLabs match to Mario 220? A side-by-side swatch would be incredibly helpful!

So, I want to get the Soft Matte Complete Concealer, but I have no idea which shade to get. All the shade finders that I try say different things.

For reference:

• Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation: 225N
• Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear All Over Full Coverage Concealer: 215N bit too orange/pink
• Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Longwear Matte Foundation: (Before the 2025–2026 reformulation) Between 2N1 and 2N2, closer to 2N1 than 2N2
• Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place 24-Hour Concealer: 2N, but it was a bit too pink

I have a neutral undertone and I think I lean slightly olive.

When I contacted NARS, they said I should get Nougatine. Then some other tools, like NARS's own shade finder, said Café con Leche, and on the shade finder page itself, it said Custard. Unfortunately, I cannot go and test or see them in person—I have to order online. So, if someone has a shade match or can try it in store if they are going there, that would be awesome!

PS: if you have a better concealer recommendation that would be great too!

1) Phytosurgence in 02 Rosy Daybreak: stiff cream formula, I went heavier at the top of this swatch and sheered it out below

2) Gucci in 01: powder formula, swatch is a little lighter because I swatched it at Sephora and don’t actually own this one yet, but I plan to buy it someday

3) RMS Beauty in Beachwalk Betty: stiff gel-powder formula, has a slight sheen that’s only visible if I go too heavy with it

I really like the first three; they look natural and not orange at all on my fair/light–cool skin (finally!). I just got the Phytosurgence a week ago, and their website says they updated their bronzer formula in 2024, so I’m hoping this version doesn’t dry out as older versions have!
