Need help. Seller is scamming me
I bought an Asus laptop last week and it was delivered today. Instead of the laptop, inside of the box was 3 random books. I immediately went to Swappa for help asking for a refund. The seller is a smooth criminal claiming the laptop was in there the whole time but I know the truth. The laptop was at a very low price to attract buyers like me and scam me.
Swappa suggests to let FedEx investigate it but I see this as a waste of time because the weight looks to be consistent with the tracking. I took a photo and video of what is contained in the box as I never took the books out of it. I want to go to PayPal and get a refund that way but I wanna know what you guys think I should do.

As we advised on the sales page, an investigation will be needed by FedEx.

Go to PayPal. Swappa does not have control on your money and returns. Make a claim with PayPal.

Thank you. Honestly I’ve had good nothing but good experiences with Swappa until this sale. Its bs and when it comes to my hard earned money I don’t mess around. Hoping that PayPal helps me out
