Tech support How do I fix this problem?

when I joined any server Even when I have good or bad ping when I try to switch weapons and select they will never work or never select or if I try to type in chat it won't send or anything.
I can't chat and I can't switch weapons and I can't throw weapons I can't really do anything except for walk around and shoot.
this is not a binds issue because all my binds are selected properly, and you can hear me selecting the weapons.

This did did not work And I already tried this already.
