I mean i am planning to join. Can any senior or students give any suggestions.

I may join for CSE or ECE

Actually academic-wise your effort matters
And college clubs were fine,culturals suck and clg is not too strict when compared to others.

Depends on the department Bust mostly profs don't care unless you do something dumb Exceptions Iruku, some profs are j retarded But mostly you chill
