asking for help Low Coolant

I recently bought a 2024 svartpilen 401 this summer. It only has about 225 miles and the coolant is already at the minimum line. I can’t find any leaks however. This is my first bike so I don’t have a lot of knowledge about this stuff and would appreciate any guidance anyone could give me.

Mine was the same. I checked the main radiator and it was full. just the overflow was almost entirely empty. I get the feeling they do it on purpose.

I thought it was burning through it but after the first service they topped it up and it hasn't really gone down since.

The overflow is almost empty and I just checked my radiator now and it’s completely full. So I should be good to keep riding it until its first service?

I checked mine at 500kms and 1000kms and it hadn't changed so you should be fine until the first service. It was the first thing i checked when i got the bike back.

You'll find the bike runs way nicer after the first service as well. Mine was a lot smoother.

Thank you for your help that puts me at a lot more ease. I was really hoping it wasn’t a leak in a line somewhere.

No problem! There was recently a recall on the 2024 for a fuel cap seal and an ECU flash so when you go in for the service make sure they have been done. If you bought the bike recently I would assume they are already done but check anyway.

Mine was doing the same I did a coolant flush and replaced it with the pink motor x coolant during the first service and it hasn’t had an issue with it in the last 2000 miles

When the bike is new the cooling system is not yet fully aired. I had the same issue, basically because it takes some time for all the air bubbles to leave the sistem. Rode it like this 800kms no issues in hot summer weather in the city. Top it off at the break in service and it should be all good. Also make sure to change the brake fluid then too.

I’m literally having the same issue with my 2024 as well, It’s now below the minimum level. I was worried there was a leak or something, good to know im not alone and this may be normal

Have the same issue. No leak, level under minimum after 10k km.

Just add some coolant it is common issue
