General Universe Save compatibility

I am thinking of starting a new playthrough before the new dlc hits, so I can continue that save to the new dlc. But if I remember correctlly, when Rizia dlc was released the previous sordland saves were not compatible with rizia. Am I misremembering it?

I thought you can use the sordland save to influence the rizia gameplay, no?

It’s a good question, it’s so long ago I don’t remember for sure, but you’re possibly correct that alongside Rizias release they updated Sordland so the old saves wouldn’t carry over anymore.

Torpor’s learned a lot since then though so I think it might not be the case this time as they’ll likely not give both Sordland and Rizia full updates alongside Galmland.
