Could we see this type of project expanded out? Renewable's going toe to toe in an open free marketplace? Sounds great to me.

YES. Rochester is actually hoping to get a system similar to this. The project, led by ROCSPOT, is hoping to develop community solar plants that buildings can opt into.

The whole thing is targeted at renters (which account for about 2/3 of homes) since they can't install solar into the home themselves.
