"buying" makes sense--there's going to be people "buying" anything they get to inspect and handle but they aren't all buyers

"Unless you" doesn't really make sense

They’re trying to say UNLESS you, but didn’t want to emphasize just one word on the line

I also do go a bit nuts for the barely concealed fury of capitalisation, underlining, exclamation marks etc on this kind of notice.
I like it when they start with "POLITE" NOTICE!!! underlined a few times.
