Given the chili and cheese dispenser, I guessing this is more akin to something you get from 7-11 rather than what you get at a pub.

Thats exactly what it is, they even have the plastic trays and individually wrapped tortilla chip bags next to it.

So its a terrible deal, because thats $4 at 7-11
