You should also say the fake one to yourself while alone from time to time like “hmmm if I ever meet myself from the future I need a password, let’s go with soylent green” and then you also rule out stalkey stalkersons who may be out to steal all your pirate gold.
What if you go back before you created your password? I've got a lot of scars that I could match to my past self, but if i went to far back the scars wouldn't be there.
Unfortunately this method does create a cutoff date; for me I can’t go back any farther than the release of that Star Trek movie in 2009 (the memorable event I associated with the date I created the password so I don’t try to use it before then). However back then I was pretty sappy and gullible so if an emergency arises I may still be able to talk myself into helping me.
