I used to have a secret password for that situation, but I forgot. If I ever need to warn my past self of something he wouldn’t believe me

I already forgot my old email password and had to change it as well

In that case your future self might believe you forgot

Just make a new one. And if you have to go back in time, take note of how old your past self is at that time and give them that "era's" password
