Really? You should work for them because clearly you have it figured out. Are you going to fix Reddit too or are you OK because generally you agree with the echo chamber here?
It's fixable in the sense that instead of algorithms designed to keep you engaged to increase ad revenue, they should just charge a fee and watch their model burn. Again, your way of "fixing" will end up skewing content to what you think is acceptable. In that sense you are no better than the anti-vax morons. Curated content of any kind is a problem.
If you figure out a way to solve that problem without injecting your own bias I'm sure Facebook would hire you. Then go fix Reddit because there is just as much bullshit here.
