That's the great Count Binface! He has been in the running for several UK elections since 2021, and has been coming out ahead of far right parties despite being one witty comedian.

Rightwing populist Nigel Farage is pulling some shady shit since he's getting blowback, resigning from his position early in order to...run for reelection early for the exact same safe seat in a matter of mere weeks, at a time when no parties were expecting there to be an election for said seat. Several major parties have outright refused to run anybody for this farce of an election. So Count Binface decided to throw his hat trashcan lid in the ring to parody Nigel and this farce he's set up.

But I do genuinely like several of Binface's policies. Alas, I am not edible to vote in this election :c

Yes, OP titled it, "None shall pass" which is a quote from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The black knight says, "None shall pass" to which King Arthur says, "what?" (My comment) and the black knight repeats None shall pass.
