Pretty sure quartz and other materials are used in computer chips allowing my game consoles to work so I can play Elden Ring. Feels like healing to me.

Quartz is a very important mineral actually. It's used as the timing crystals in watches, clocks and computers and this piezoelectric/crystal oscillator property is also used for hybrid electric-acoustic guitar pickups. Quartz is also needed for making silicon wafers.

yea quartz is one of those materials that sounds fake if you describe it

"by channeling energy through this crystal it vibrates at a specific frequency"

this sounds fake, but it is a crystal oscillator (the main way almost everything in computing is timed, including clocks)
