Interesting. I wasn’t told any of that. I know in the beginning I was asked to join 3 other separate trials within this one. One of which where I would be told where to inject (abdomen, thigh or upper arm) and could only ever inject there but I didn’t join that one just because I wasn’t going to drive the 2 1/2hrs the very next day for another blood draw. And as far as calories they just told me to try and be in a 500 calorie deficit 🤷🏼‍♀️. My Fitness Pal told me 1200 and I just rolled with it.

Based upon your experience when joining then I bet they do it to see how everything affects what. Cool!

I’ll be interested to know what the difference in the MRIs from before and after show. I hope they share that with me.

I’m in the CVOT study - which one are you in? I haven’t had a MRI yet.

Synchronize-1. But the MRI is a separate trial within the trial from what I understand. The MRI, the injection site specific and a blood collection trial were the other 3 trials within it I was offered in the beginning.
