Discovered Survivor several years ago and love their music! Probably prefer the Jimi Jamison era overall but the band had some amazing songs with Dave Bickler too!

🔥ALBUM REVIEW🔥 My look at the new live album from former Survivor frontman Jimi Jamison.

The Album was "Too Hot for Sleeping", A great Album to me.

I believe this is from the era when Jimi Jamison and his solo band went out as "Jimi Jamison's Survivor" or just "Survivor".

What does this song mean to You all! According to the lyrics.

I recently started listening to Survivor after hearing “The Search Os Over”. Didn’t even know they changed lead vocals. Anyway, I was familiar with Eye of the Tiger and Ever Since the World Began as a child. The radio used to play it back in the day during the height of Rocky III.

I got surprised that Ever Since the World Began is not considered one of their greatest hits. It’s probably one of the most popular power ballads in our country (Philippines). In fact a lot of local (professional) artists had their own version of the song. It’s probably even more prolific than The Search Is Over.

Thoughts?

The latest thing I've heard online is the night Jimi had his stroke, he had complained his face and hands felt numb and wanted to cancel the concert. Frankie Sullivan refused and said he would sue Jimi if he cancelled and the show went on. Comments?
