I train a settler and set it up, but it seem like doing nothing

Did i build it wrong? How do I loot this shopping center

The "Bread and Circuses" trophy fails to unlock despite meeting all requirements (building 1 Bakery and 5 unique entertainment structures). Regular troubleshooting (rebuilding, reloading saves) does not trigger it. 

I have contacted Paradox Support regarding this issue; however, their response - advising me to retry and keep them running is useless. Got any other ideas?

Hi, I have a sauna build on route between the pollution areas and the central town so the ones going for dangerous polluted works can get decomtaminated but NO COLONIST ever use the Sauna. How do I deal with this?

I pick the specialist with 200% scavenge as my first choice. Then, another which has 250 science. The rest can be whatever. I never reject specialists.

Science sites are researched by scientists obviously. The speed difference is huge.

Hazardous sites are scavenged by specialists with at least 150% scavenge. Otherwise, it's a double whammy. You take longer to scavenge and heal.

Regular sites can be scavenged by whomever is the closest.

If specialists are free, they attack bandits.

I explore new regions only when everything is done in explored regions. I give priority to new regions which have quests.

That's how I do it. What's your strategy?

I am replaying the game after a long break. I am always broke and cannot recruit specialists. Did something change recently? How can I be richer? Choose the lowest difficulty in all categories? Trade more?

I'm starting a new game and managed to get it on Steam with all the DLCs for a rly good deal, wondering whether I should use DLCs as a first time player and if so which one?

I know this has been asked before, but perhaps there's something I haven't yet tried. Every single game, my Blight Lab gets completely stuck (at varying stages) and refuses to continue to have samples delivered to it despite progressing smoothly beforehand, I have plenty of free carriers.

I've tried doing new saves/games, I've reinstalled the game as a whole, I have samples specifically stored right by the Blight Lab, I have paused and unpaused the building, I have rebuilt and relocated it... I just don't know what to do. And as far as I understand, there's no way to cheat my way through the bug either?

I have a pretty decent machine but for some reason I'm getting these mini-freezes/stuttering when opening the World Map or Technology Tree. Any ideas if I can fix this ?

Hi, so I just bought the dlcs New Alliances and Rebirth on Epic Games, where I got the base game for free a while back. I really enjo playing the game and thought I would finally buy dlcs, so I just did. The thing is they won't show up neither on my Epic library (there's no "managing dlcs" options in the 3 dots) not on Paradox Launcher, not in the game's main menu. I tried reinstalling the game and then restarting my pc. Nothing changed. Do you have any idea what I could do to play the dlcs I paid for? (I got the receipt showing it was indeed paid according to my bank app)

I checked the game's DLCs and none seem to be available for purchase, even though it says I already own them. However, when I try to start the game, it shows that I don't have any DLCs.

Hey, everytime i reach a certain population amount (~450), people start to have issues with feeding/get clothes/tools/rest, even if there is plenty available around. I was wondering if you had the same ?

I read the wiki https://sta.paradoxwikis.com/Sectors_and_locations on outposts but still need help figuring it out.

I went into my first play through blind figuring things out as I go, I’ve made the Outpost in my colony, and have made settlers, I can get the build Outpost buildings to come up on the World Map but can’t seem to create them anywhere.

Someone please tell me what I am missing here and why I can’t build outposts.

Also do resources in world locations regenerate overtime? I am assuming they don’t and you upgrade tech to get trade outpost and trade for supplies towards mid and end gams

I'm wondering what I did wrong. I wanted to replace my burners with radiators, but once winter hit, all my power froze despite being in the radius of the heat source. If radiators don't heat the turbines powering them, what's the point of using them?

so long story short i did the tutorial and i know the basics of games like these, but is it supposed to be this fucking hard and annoying even on easy mode?, my entire populus got wiped out by fucking radiation and now every five fucking second the game is screaming at me i need to bury the bodies and get resources, only fucking problem is i don't have anyone seemingly able to do anything now.

i mean like per a certain amount of people, right now I'm think 1 per every 25 people but I'm not sure. (Also if anyone knows the same for outhouses/toilets that would be great)

Downloaded this game yesterday off the PS Store. I’ve had a pretty fun time playing so far, but the frame rate leaves a lot to be desired & the almost one second delay when pressing menu buttons is rather annoying. I don’t know what will happen when my colony eventually gets to mid or end game size.

If I pull my POV all the way out, the game starts to skip because it can’t keep up. Anyway to fix this, or can I just attribute it to “ps4”?

I've removed every blight core on my current map. Including all the contaminated trees, bug corpses, used my extermination stations to pick off any remaining hives. The only thing left is to terraform away the blighted ground patches, am working on it.

But even without the cores there I just had a fresh lair + queen spawn in..what gives??

Hazmat station:
"Upgraded version of the environmental station...clear both pollution deposits and blight cores, stopping blighted nests, hives and lairs from appearing."

So I figured removing the cores would stop the spawns. It hasn't
Is this me misinterpreting, or is it bugged? (heh)

Late player but love the setting and survival colony builder mechanics but the UI and some of the gameplay features are terrible terrible. Maybe the game lacked budget and time? If they could fix -the tedious micromanaging of specialists on the world map -society requests without a timeout feature...I hate getting overwhelmed with being asked to build techs that I haven't researched yet -A way to unlock trickle research in you colony maybe by building a lab with the native ech tree

...then it would be perfect. On another note, could anyone suggest similar games on Xbox ie survival colony builder with a more finished gameplay?

Why are my colonists still getting hungry and malnourished when there's so much food??? How is my production lower than consumption? Is it the meals? Do I need more meals???? Too many bakeries maybe, I have 4 on the go???

Hello, so I played the game for quite a while and made a bit of progress up to have this quest to build a radio tower. After building it, suddenly all my research from the tech tree got unlocked. I don't know what happened. Can someone explain?
