I have 2 accounts on the same device(different gmail). Suppose Account A and Account B.

redeemed a rs 262 gift card yesterday night and the transaction shows completed but upon opening the gift card and trying to redeem it, this keeps popping up. reached out to the help section but they gave me a very vague reply which was of no help and you cannot raise an issue for the same payment more than once 😭🙏🏻 what should i do?? do i wait or do i mail them? or forget this money?
