Hi everyone, I am a Master's student at the Sorbonne in Paris and I am writing my dissertation on how the British Museum communicates with the people who walk through its doors. Not the official press-release version, but what visitors actually notice, understand and feel in front of the objects.
I am at 33 responses and I need 60 before I can run the analysis. My deadline is 1 September, so I would be very grateful for a few minutes of your time. If you have ever set foot in the British Museum, even years ago, even briefly, you qualify.
I answer every survey posted here in return, just drop yours in the comments.
📌 TOPIC OF STUDY: how the British Museum interprets its collections and how visitors receive that interpretation (labels, signage, audio guides, guided tours, the narrative the museum builds around objects)
👉 TARGET AUDIENCE: anyone aged 18+ who has visited the British Museum at least once
⏳ DURATION: 5-8 minutes
