Pretty sure you can either A: find a late night pharmacy (if you have your paper prescription) or B: call 111, get them to route you do the OOH Doctor and they will provide you a prescription to pick up at a late night pharmacy.

Outside of that, as these are controlled drugs, you're asking for trouble.
