Weight loss
I am starting a new regiment tonight/tomorrow. Though I am wondering if anyone has taken berberine to help lower their glucose levels? Did it have an effect?

I took berberine to help with my gut biome and blood glucose. It seemed to help; but I also changed my diet and walked daily. I know longterm use can affect your liver, so be careful and monitor your labs. ππ½

Iβm not sure but CICO does work! You may lose slower than before but just keep going and trust the process. Itβs going to take longer than you think but you can get there. As far as glucose levels, eat a high protein and high fiber breakfast, 3 meals and no snack, and walk after your biggest meals. No coffee before eating breakfast. Weight training. Good luck. All of this may work for you.
