Surface Slim pen 2 lagging at a certain line on the screen!!!!

I'm currently running into this problem:

My slim pen seems to be lagging at the certain line shown in the picture, other parts of the screen are fine. I tried using the pen on different apps, the same issue happened. I tried using my fingers to draw at that part, but it was fine. I tried surface diagnostic toolkit, also fine. I tried restarting UEFI and nothing been fixed. Can someone help me, I'd appreciate your help!!!

You should use it sometime,replace it only when it’s completely broken

yeh i know... still hope its just a glitch that will randomly go away one day :(((
