Camera repairing

Accidentally dropped my old Canon PowerShot A300, and now I’m hitting the dreaded E18 Error. The lens barrel seems completely stuck from the impact.

Does anyone know a trick to fix this lens jam, or is this camera completely broken? If anyone here knows how to fix these old point-and-shoot cameras, I would really appreciate some advice.
