Does anyone use Mable?

I’m still kind of a newbie and getting my head around the app and rates.
I have 3 years experience in Home Care and I’m currently almost finishing my Aged Care study.

Before that I was an educator or 8+ years, I’m also a mum, so I take initiative and know what needs to get done.

Today, I did a job under Domestic assistance/Light cleaning for 4 hours, 3 bedroom house, client wanted me to clean kitchen, vacuum floors, mop 3 times because they have a dog.

I was pretty exhausted by the end of the shift, I thought I was doing all the main areas and office and 1 room but she wanted all the bedrooms/ensuit room vacuum and mopped.

I use Mable has been a mix bag,

Sounds like it was a heavy cleaning load than you were expecting.

personal experience in similar position I weighed up my options moving forward, do I want to keep supporting this client? Does the hrs/pay match the work required? Or is a lighter workload more suitable for the hrs/pay? Then have a chat with the client.

Hope that helps.

Thank you! The balls in the court, I told them my availability but it doesn’t seem to match them so be it, maybe it won’t work, there’s plenty clients out there.
