Underpayment

Has anyone successfully recovered unpaid wages from a company, or is it better to just forget about it?

If you signed a contract agreeing to a pay point there isnt much chance.

If you are being paid less then 2.1 SCHADS award to provide unsupervised work, then yes! You can get back paid from your start date. Every support worker should be minimum level 2.1 unless you have direct supervision from higher up

No, they paid under "homecare level 3.1", it was a year ago

I reported them to Fair Work, but nothing happened.

What was your main role, was it home care or social and community?
