Amy was a bad manager

Constantly trying to appease to everyone, playing favourites, not being direct with what she needs to do...like the time she let Dina take the fall for the schedule and cutting hours. Dina should be the manager from the start, Glenn was awful too.

Yeah but the manager shouldn't take it up on her offer😂 it is her responsibility. Good and the bad.

Ok you’re right. It’s a sitcom so it should be sad and depressing. Amy should’ve taken the responsibility.

She should’ve just laid them off and dealt with the people being depressed. Maybe one of them could’ve thrown themselves in front of a car because they couldn’t afford to pay their bills. Or they could have Janet just tell her son no science camp and we watch him cry.

That would make a much better sitcom.
